2024 Montana AWRA Conference

Climate Change, Wildland Fire, and their Impacts on Water Resources in Montana

October 9-11, 2024 nearly 200 scientists, natural resource managers, students, and guests will gather in Whitefish for the 40th annual Montana AWRA conference.  

The Montana Section of the AWRA was founded in 1984 and currently reaches over 750 professionals and students who share the common goal of promoting water resources research, planning, development, and education in Montana. To accomplish these goals, the AWRA hosts an annual meeting to provide a common meeting ground for physical, biological, and social scientists, engineers, and other persons concerned with water resources.
